This young lady is well educated, ambitious, in charge of a very important cultural project. She is Stephanie Marley, born to Rita while she and Bob were still married, but not necessarily fathered by him. Maybe not, but he "adopted" her and she gets her annual Marley Estate funds wired into her bank account as with his other offspring.
